I received my jewelry but I’m not quite in love. Can I return it?

Currently all sales are final. You have the option of exchange for that of equal value or lesser within 15 days.


What is the Exchange Policy?

Once the item you purchased is delivered you have 15 days upon receiving said item to initiate an exchange. An exchange can be made through your account or by emailing Orders@BijouxRoyal.com. Exchanges are granted to that of the original purchaser with proof of purchase (eg. copy of the original sales receipt, Order #, or packing slip invoice.) The items purchase must be returned unwarned undamaged at your expense. Once the item is returned and evaluated a new item of your choice will be shipped out.


It was a gift I don’t have original purchase information. How can I return it?

An exchange can only be granted to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt, Order #, or packing slip invoice is required for an exchange of the full purchase price (less original shipping charges). For more information email: Orders@BijouxRoyal.com


Have you receive my Exchange?

Once your package has been received at our warehouse, it is first evaluated before we can issue any exchanges. This process usually takes 7-14 business days, but we guarantee we work as quickly as possible. If your original item does not meet our exchange requirements, we will ship the items back to you without and exchange.


I sized my ring wrong can I still exchange it?

Yes you can. Once the item is returned undamaged a new item of your choice will be shipped out.
Once a Jewelry is altered or is not in new condition, it can not be considered returnable.
Bijoux Royāl accepts unworn, like-new merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.
